This vintage toy is a PVC featuring a sweet little girl with black hair pulled back into pigtails. She has brown eyes, blue overalls, and wears red ribbons in her pigtails. She's holding a red heart that says "I Love You" and has one arm behind her back, hiding a bouquet of pink flowers.
The figurine shows lots of wear from age, there are paint rubs on her pigtails and clothes, and areas around her shoes where the paint is cracking and worn, as shown in the last photo.
The back of the girl's overalls has the Cabbage Patch Kids logo and the bottom of her shoe is dated "1984."
She would be a sweet little Valentine's Day gift!
